We’re seeking creative, enthusiastic freelance facilitators to build nurturing environments where children can thrive.

If you have experience working with young people, can build authentic rapport, and have a passion for creative arts, we want to hear from you. You’ll join a diverse, supportive team while enjoying flexible work during term and holiday times across Bristol and South Glos.

If you are shortlisted for interview, you will be required to complete a declaration with regard to criminal convictions.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Recruitment into our freelance team in ongoing, and we review applications as we received them. If you have made a successful application we will invite you to join our next interview session with available spaces.

We host in-person interviews on the First Thursday of every month, which include a group session where we ask all applicants to come prepared with an workshop activity or game to be shared, alongside a short interview with one of the development team.

SAFEGUARDING

Due to our position of trust in our sector and the nature of our work with children and young people, all employees employed directly with the Company will be required to complete the Company Application Form to a required standard, provide suitable references and will be required to undergo enhanced DBS checking; as required by Keeping Children Safe In Education (KCSIE) protocol.

In the process of collecting references, we will request information regarding whether or not you are considered suitable to work with children and young people.

You will be required to bring identification and processing documents with you to interview; a list of suitable documents will be provided once you have been shortlisted.
