Alongside our core values, we are a trauma informed workforce and are dedicated to supporting our team members to flourish and thrive

In addition to the core team at the office, our incredible sessional workers are local and diverse community members from across the south west and this representation helps young people feel connected and represented whilst participating in our work. Our facilitators are trusted adults for the young people in their care, and can act both as co-regulators and safe role models.

As an organisation, and as people, we value diversity, and the creativity this enables our work to have. We recognise the importance of having a wide variety of voices and experiences at Unique Voice.
