About Unique Voice 
We are a Bristol Community Interest Company (CIC), driven by the needs of children and young people in our city. Our work is made up of many different projects which are designed to support children from all walks of life as they navigate their way through life – we aim to help children by developing their resilience, confidence, ability to express themselves, and developing respect and empathy for those around them. Each project has a different focus and intended outcome.

This role is exciting, fast paced and project led. No day is ever the same as programmes coordinator, you will be required to react to the needs of the day, or sometimes even the hour. Activities include;
Communication – liaising with the freelance team, professionals, and colleagues over email and phone. Ensuring everyone is kept up to date on projects and in the loop, so that nothing is missed.
Coordinating – Ensuring live projects are being delivered as planned and to an exceptional standard, alongside planning for upcoming projects, ensuring including freelance team are booked and trained, scheduling is confirmed and all parties are informed throughout.  You will be required to ‘see the bigger picture’ of a project, keeping a timeline and ensuring plans are executed to an exceptional standard.
Evaluating – Every project is evaluated to varying degrees. It is essential that you gather the information needed throughout the project to allow for an accurate and informative evaluation.

Ability to manage a team effectively
Confidence to communicate with others professionally
Understanding of the importance of using creativity in education/ experience (personal or professional) of the benefits of using creativity in education.
Flexible to the needs of the job
Proactive and independent problem solver
Previous work with young people in some capacity
Attention to detail
Confident to use computer (we use Apple IOS)

Desirable Skills 
Experience of working with young people in a creative setting
Teaching experience
Experience of supervising team members
Knowledge of social issues/ PSHE subjects
Knowledge of the current education system
Driver with access to car
DBS with update service (we will process this if applicant doesn’t have one)

Salary – 18-21k Pro Rata – Based on experience.
