Holiday Programme FAQs
We are a creative community organisation and we provide much needed out-of-school provision to families in Bristol and South Gloucestershire Our holiday programmes are run by highly skilled and DBS checked youth facilitators.
Please check which programme your child has been allocated in the confirmation text. We do not have access to the venues before or after this time so please make sure you are prompt in dropping off and collecting your child.
Within the programme we will provide activities and games, to help young people learn new skills, gain confidence and have an increased self-esteem. The programme also includes visits from special guests.
Comfortable clothing they can move around in is best.
Lunch is provided free of charge. We operate a no nuts policy at every programme. Please specify any dietary requirements in your registration.
If you have stated that your child needs to bring medication, please ensure they have this with them every day and you include their name on this. Please note we can only administrate preventative medication. (E.G Asthma pumps)
Please call the Unique Voice office before the programme on 01174 286 240
In hot weather we ask all parents to apply (minimum SPF 15+) to their child’s face, arms, ears, neck, legs, backs of hands and tops of feet, before they arrive at the setting. We also ask that your child brings a sun hat with them.
In cold weather please ensure your child brings appropriately warm clothing.
