Many schools choose us for our excellent reputation in building trusting relationships with children, and the ability to find effective methods of communication with them. We know it is a challenge to ensure PSHE (Physical Social Health Education) not only meets OFSTED and school requirements, but that it is engaging for young people. This is our area of expertise.
Schools often express how beneficial and supportive PSHE can be when it is delivered by a non-member of the teaching staff, due to the issues explored and the sheer scale of the subjects covered. We provide a platform to get each school talking about poignant issues, using a whole school approach. Schools book us to enhance young people’s learning through creative mediums, which are accessible to all learning styles and needs. Many mainstream, private, and special needs schools know that we provide high quality experiences that can also be monitored and evaluated, shaping future interventions and ongoing work.
Yes, we have a wide range of services and a wealth of experience in creating work to serve the local need and to enhance local businesses.

Our professional and creative DBS checked leaders will be assigned to your service. Here at Unique Voice our team are not just experienced in acting or workshop facilitation; they are approachable people that do this job because they are passionate about supporting young people. They are renowned for having a listening ear, dynamic personalities and for sharing their wealth of life experience to encourage the participants in our sessions.
We are committed to evaluating every project we undertake. Not only do we produce and share data with the schools based on their sessions, we also write reports and help shape relationships with local support services based on the data from our projects. Our data allows us to continue to understand young people’s needs and in turn makes our team more in tune with the youth of today.
We work with young people of all backgrounds, abilities and learning styles. We are trained in child protection, have leaders who are experienced in positive behaviour management and have worked with a vast number of children who have emotional/learning difficulties. We ensure that our work is adapted to their needs whether that be to boost their confidence or to help recognise positive and negative behaviour.
When we plan our projects we ensure that at the heart of it all is the voice of people who have experienced this issue. Before we think about the content, we think “What is the message?” and more importantly “How we can help young people to feel empathy and understanding?”, it’s then that we call upon the medium of drama; A creative tool that allows people to freely speak their mind and express themselves. Drama remains the centre of all of our sessions, whether we use fictional characters or real life experiences, participants want to get involved. We are committed to using this creative subject to enhancing community wellbeing – now and in the future.
