Call for engagement workers, teachers and youth facilitators…

Here at Unique Voice, we pride ourselves on having staff who are exceptional at engaging children and young people, igniting their passion for learning, and guiding them towards positive, bright futures.

The work we deliver is high quality and effective, and above all, inclusive for ALL children, from EVERY school and from ANY background in life.

We are well known for our ability to explore challenging topics with creativity, helping young people to develop socially and emotionally.

Our reputation has spread quickly and we are very proud to be leaders in the field of arts in education, accredited by the Centre for Excellence in Outcomes for Young People. We work closely with the national anti-bullying alliance and have been recognised by UNESCO for using drama to resolve conflict amongst young people.

There is no skill level or academic achievement required for children to partake in our projects. We concentrate on emotions, the effects actions can have, and the importance of empathy, compassion and kindness.

We are currently recruiting engagement workers, teachers and youth facilitators.

We are looking for passionate individuals who have the experience, skills, and flare to deliver memorable and creative lessons.

Our day rates are competitive, alongside this we offer regular training and supervision, which we believe is essential when working frontline with young people.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with young people who are; NEET, vulnerable/ at risk. All staff receive training on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s) and delivering trauma sensitive activities.
